The Importance of Feeling Safe During Sex

 0  2

Safety is sexy to anybody biologically, as a matter of fact. If your system does not feel safe, your body does not even get stimulated as much as it could. You do not get to enjoy yourself.

You are a lot. One of the ways you know you are a lot is that you really cannot sleep after sex as much as you should, because typically sex should relax you in a way that makes you sleep. If you are hyperactive during or after, it may be an indicator that you are way more stressed than you know.

Typically, stress and sex should make you experience less stress. It should help you sleep better. It should help you feel safer.

It should make you just want to rest and lie down and not do anything.
