Why Your Body Hesitates to Open Up During Sex

 0  0

Because your body has not found reason to open up. It's as simple as that. Biologically, the signals that turn you on start in your brain — not necessarily in your vagina or from having an erection.

So if you don't feel wet or erect, it's because you're not being stimulated biologically — you're not being stimulated in your brain.

And so the question is not why your body feels hesitant. The question is: are you actually getting excited? Are you with someone who excites you? Are you doing what excites you? Would you rather be doing something else? What is going on that is depriving you of excitement?

Because until we fix that, you're not going to get turned on. If you don't get turned on, you're not going to get wet. You're not going to get erect. You might get aroused a little, but you won't be able to sustain it enough to have great sex.
